Natural Rhythm Band
Natural rhythm were formed in 1990 by tony 'BOOTSY' boyce they played many a gig all over britain and abroad b4 family commitments forced the band to fold in 1995 but not before they recorded there album bluebeat and ska on skank records. this time round the band still have that hard , raw ska sound with 2 or three reggae tunes thrown in 4 gud measure. they describe themselves as ska warriors who in tony bootsy, words " we dont take no prisoners man". the four core members of the band are tony, gary, ian, and yogi who have been with the band from day one!simon hunter is the newest addition playing the 'ska beat' on drums .natural rhythm have revamped their old songs and have new songs in their setlist as well "this is ska- love the ska" "warmonger" "stop the killing" just some of the bands own songs,also they have, increased the amount of " cover versions "of original jamaican ska artist, carried out in the' natural rhythm ' unique sound!! and shamelessly describe themselves as 'BRADFORD'S'ONE AND ONLY SKA WARRIORS!!! the band are playing north , south, east and west in 'their'quest to awaken the "nations" ears to the sweet sounds of the greatest music SKA!! endeavouring to keep it raw,keep it deep and keep it SKA!!
JB's would like to thank all the bands and individual artists for their participation in the 2011 festival, bringing along not only their amazing talents but also an energetic enthusiasm for the Limetree spirit of family fun and high quality music.
